Board Appointed ESC Member Link to Inclusion

Jenny is an experienced ESC member and link Premia Governor having done this role within 2 schools in EVAT previously. Jenny has 4 children all of which have attended EVAT schools. Some of Jenny’s children have SEN needs and her youngest son has an EHCP. Jenny is a disabled person, herself and has worked for Disabled People’s charities now for over 16 years. Jenny currently works as an advocate, where she supports disabled people to secure rights and makes sure ‘they have a voice’ in any social care / health process they may be involved in. Jenny is passionate about Equality for All, she believes in inclusion, education and opportunities been key for Disabled children / people to overcome the many barriers they will face over their lifetime. Jenny is currently half way through her MSC at the University of Sunderland in Inequality and Society.
