Homework

We recognise the value of pupils learning at home and we tailor homework to individual pupils.

Every half team, topic sheets are sent home with motivating activities linked to their learning in school. This supports parents and carers to help their child to learn.

Reading books are sent home at the appropriate level for individual pupils. We have a reading incentive to encourage this vital element of home learning. Pupils may also be provided with consolidation tasks related to maths and English or weekly spelling practice.
